How We Respond Mental Health Workshop

We all experience emotions that can feel overwhelming such as anger, grief, and the pressure to be perfect. How We Respond is a mental health workshop that will offer practical tools to understand these emotions and approach them in healthier ways. We will talk about what triggers anger and how to manage it well, how grief affects our lives and how to care for ourselves through it, and how to tell the difference between striving for excellence and chasing perfection. You will also learn Christ-centered mindfulness practices that can be applied in everyday life. This seminar will leave you encouraged and equipped with steps you can put into practice right away.
