This fridays beginners class will be a Yogalates class.

For those that enjoy the physical side of yoga and how it makes the body feel, I am starting a series of workshops, classes and wellness days that will be a little more challenging.

Focusing on strength and mobility and mostly certainly the core.

Woven into these classes will be mobility and strength, we will find your core and balance and my classes will also always include a lovely relaxation at the end.

NEW CLASS starts on location Wednesdays at 5.30pm in Eastmoor, or this Friday in Alverthorpe.
