Every tale you’ll hear has been carefully researched, rooted in real history, folklore and documented encounters. These ghostly sightings and strange happenings were witnessed and recorded by people many years before the ghost walk was ever created — making them part of Wakefield’s own haunted heritage.

Along the route, you’ll uncover chilling folklore, eerie legends, and spine-tingling stories that bring the city’s darker side to life. The walk also includes an exclusive visit inside one of Wakefield’s most haunted locations, where spirits are said to linger to this day…
