The walk covers just 1.2 miles, making it accessible for most, and includes several stops to rest your legs while you hear tales of gruesome history, folklore, and eerie encounters. Along the way you’ll visit genuinely haunted locations, including exclusive access inside the atmospheric Old Vicarage, home to spine-tingling stories and paranormal activity.

Led by The Curator, your ghostly guide, the walk blends local history with storytelling and humour to bring Wakefield’s darker side vividly to life.
