This session focuses on what needs care, warmth, and protection before it can emerge.. This gentle, reflective gathering explores what it means to nurture new beginnings before they are visible, honouring both hope and hesitation, light and shadow.Through art prompts, symbolic creative activities, and group reflection, participants are invited to explore the “seeds” they are carrying — ideas, intentions, longings, or quiet stirrings — and consider what care, warmth, and protection they need in order to grow. “Imbolc reminds us that growth begins long before anything is visible.
