Intro to Aerial Workshop

Never been to Aerial Yoga before and want to give it a go before joining our timetabled classes?

Come and familiarise yourself with the hammocks in our 90 minute Introduction to Aerial workshop. Aerial Yoga will improve your balance, muscular strength, flexibility & can help with stress relief.

You will learn various exercises and tricks on & with the hammock. The hammock fully & partially supports your body weight to help you achieve things you never thought you would be able to do, plus it's lots of fun!
