With Laura-Beth
Sunday 2nd November
6-7:30pm

Gong baths provide a unique and relaxing opportunity to allow yourself to take time to pause, breathe and just be, whilst letting the sounds and vibrations surround and bathe you.
Gongs are a sacred powerful instrument with the power to provide a deep sense of relaxation and a sense of peace and tranquillity within in the mind and body.

During the gong bath, Laura-Beth will play multiple gongs using a variety of mallets alongside soothing sounds of the voice, Zaphir chimes, tongue drums and singing bowls to create layered and varied sounds to bring about deep relaxation and healing.

Many people who have attended a gong bath have experienced many of the potential benefits such as:

✨reduced stress
✨improved sleep quality
✨relief from anxiety
✨release of emotional blockages ✨increased focus and a deep sense of calm

Everyone’s journey throughout the experience of a gong bath is different and individual to what you need at the time of the session.

Blankets, bolsters and mats are provided by the studio but please don’t hesitate to bring any extra bits to make you feel comfy and cosy.
