FESTIVE REST & RESTORE: RESTORATIVE YOGA & SOUND BATH

Festive Rest & Restore

This session combines the calming practices of restorative yoga and sound healing. Expect a festive twist, including festive scents, a little bit of sparkle and a festive sweet treat to take home.

During the session, you will be guided through gentle restorative yoga poses, helping you to relax and release tension from the body and mind. Whilst resting in a blissful savasana, you will be immersed in the soothing sounds of a crystal bowl sound bath. The healing vibrations of the crystal bowls will wash over you, deepening your relaxation and helping to clear any lingering stress or blockages, leaving you refreshed, balanced, and fully restored.

Please note that sound baths are not suitable for pregnant people or those with sound induced epilepsy.
