Dare Stone is the love child of Keith and Matt — combining years of playing and touring in punk, hardcore, and indie bands with a cynicism for existence, a whimsical pretentiousness, and an homage to their punk and folk heroes. This project has been the megaphone to resurrect a collection of old and new songs penned by Matt over the last 30 years and brought to life through Keith’s bass playing.
Come sway really hard, maybe cry a bit, then compliment us for not letting any of our influences be reggae. Just 2nd and 3rd wave ska.

Hellebores recently opened for Hannah Pruzinsky from Brooklyn-based projects Sister. and h.pruz, and Alec Cox from the Ohio-based Villagerrr and Cornfed, as well as playing alongside blip.mh (Sam) from baby baby explores. They hail from the industrial basement DIY space in Providence, the root cellar
