All materials & refreshments will be provided.Visual expression helps us process and respond to new ideas in a meaningful way, supporting the idea of a daily gratitude practice.To reduce the anxiety that can come with a piece of blank paper, each participant will receive an A4 template should they wish, to guide their creative process.Using simple materials (coloured pencils and felt tips), attendees can freely colour, draw, and adapt their template in ways that have meaning for them. This mindful, playful activity offers a flow state experience and produces a visual reminder of their personal takeaways in the session.These sessions are a playful opportunity to nourish our holistic selves whilst relaxing with mindful creative activities.
