Our schedule of activities for the day are below, and everything occurs at the concert venue, Bethlehem Lutheran Church.

1) AUDIENCE MEMBERS: The CONCERT is free and open to the public, @ 1hr long, and free parking is available at the church.

2) PERFORMERS: Registration begins at 4:00pm, followed by a rehearsal beginning at 4:30pm sharp and performance starting at 5:30pm. PLEASE BRING A MUSIC STAND! Chairs and music will be available for your use. Please note that this remains an officially sanctioned TubaChristmas event by the Harvey Phillips Foundation, which requires a participation fee of $15 for all performers (cash or check as we are not able to process credit/debit cards). Participants will receive a button commemorating the 52nd anniversary year of TubaChristmas. We welcome players of all ages and abilities, and feel free to dress festively!
