ALL WELCOME! ☀️ You do NOT need to be “fit” or stay for the full event. Any help is MUCH APPRECIATED!

? 10am (or later) - Meet us at Waitara Beach (west, corner of the Otupaiia Park) for a kōrero - briefing. Look for the Sustainable Taranaki flag!

?BYO gloves and buckets if possible, but we'll provide some if needed! 

? 11:30am (or earlier) - Meeting back to drop off all the trash collected (we will separate all items to divert as much as we can from the landfill)

No RSVP required! Just show up!

? The aim of this event is:

- to clean this location the best we can
- to divert trash from the landfill
- to engage and educate our community about waste and recycling
- to create a fun and meaningful event for families to connect with the environment and take action towards bettering sustainability/conservation
