From warm homemade bread and delicate chilled velouté to cherry-glazed duck, wild mushroom pappardelle and an elegant chocolate-orange dessert, every course has been carefully planned to make the evening feel special from beginning to end. This is not simply a restaurant booking. It is a shared experience—a long-table evening filled with atmosphere, conversation, music, candlelight and the natural beauty of Bethells Beach.
