Join us for a full day retreat at the incredible Kula Muriwai centre. This architecturally designed studio offers sweeping sea views, tranquil garden spaces and a welcoming, spacious environment with a beautiful area for lunch.

This retreat is a collaboration between two Reiki Masters: Cheryl Farthing, founder of The Yoga Studio, sound healing expert and meditation teacher, and Claire Goad, a multitalented retreat facilitator and guide.

What to Expect
?? We begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony and guided shamanic meditation, followed by reflective journalling with Claire.

??‍♀️Gentle Yoga - Enjoy a nourishing yoga session to help you arrive fully in your body and deepen your connection to the day.


?A delicious lunch will be provided, along with time to relax, explore the garden or enjoy a spa.

?Breathwork & Drumming Meditation - Move into a powerful breathing and drumming meditation with Cheryl to energise and align your intentions

?Despacho Ritual
Create your own “despacho,” a traditional Shamanic ritual parcel made with flowers, food offerings and your manifestation letter. Claire will share simple guidance beforehand so you can prepare your letter before the retreat.

? Tea
Enjoy a selection of treats and a quiet moment before the final practices.

✨Sound Bath & Fire Ceremony
Settle into a deeply restorative sound bath with Cheryl, followed by a fire ceremony where you will offer your despacho and release your intentions for 2026.
