WAILUKU, MAUI – Wailuku First Friday is thrilled to partner with Maui Comic Con for a special edition of the monthly street festival on Friday, November 7, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. This free, family-friendly event will transform historic Wailuku Town into a celebration of music, culture, food, art, and community—perfect for locals and visitors alike.
This “mini” Maui Comic Con at Wailuku First Friday is made possible through the generous support of our sponsors: Maui Comics & Collectibles, Wailuku Coffee Company, Request Music, Pukalani Superette, Mystery Maui Escape Rooms, Luk Town Shows, and Painted Deer Tattoo.

Event Highlights
Live Entertainment on the Market Street Stage – Enjoy performances by the 2024 Carmen Hulu Lindse Leo Ha‘iha‘i Falsetto Champion Leimana Purdy, followed by a powerful closing set from Piʻilan Arias to wrap up the evening.

Silent Auction – Held inside Wailuku Coffee Company, with proceeds benefiting the Maui Comic Con 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, dedicated to providing a free, family-friendly comic convention for the Maui community each year.

Meet Disney Artist James Silvani – Stop by to meet James Silvani and have your comics signed!

Artist Alley – Featuring talented local artists including Shane Molina, Noble Richardson, Aaron Nakahara, and many more inside the Wailuku Municipal Parking Garage.

Night Darling Cosplay Showcase – Don’t miss this exciting live cosplay feature!
Parking & Road Closures
Free parking is available after 6:00 p.m. in the Wailuku Municipal Parking Garage, accessible via Church Street between Vineyard and Main. Market Street will close to vehicle traffic at 5:30 p.m. Vehicles left on Market Street after that time will be ticketed and towed at the owner’s expense.
