Rockingham Districts Little Athletics Centre is excited to announce a javelin clinic hosted by Aidan, one of our talented senior athletes.

Aidan’s passion for javelin shines through years of dedication and hard work. He’s eager to share his favourite tips, drills, and throwing techniques to help our athletes take their javelin skills to the next level!

This clinic is open to all RDLAC athletes aged U12–U18 who are keen to improve their javelin throwing, refine their technique and build confidence on the field.
