The Birdbox level 1 seminar is an applied literature review of everything we feel a coach should know to be transformational. The course will explore aspects of coaching development, including psychosocial, physical, and technical elements. Participants will be immersed in strength and conditioning-based coaching, training exercises, and lectures.
