What do applicants need to do?
1. Meet the eligibility criteria.
2. Bring two forms of ID - The best forms of ID are:
• Driver licence or learner driver licence
• Proof of age card
• Medicare card
• Bank card
• Centrelink card or statement
• Service NSW photo ID
• Tertiary or school ID, or
• Health care card.
