The Freedom Retreat (Friday ADD-On Optional) The Freedom Retreat is a powerful and potent 3 day get away  to reset your mind, body and purpose. Practice breathwork to calm the nervous system, yoga & self-care techniques, eat high-vibing healthy and delicious food and enjoy the serenity of the Canebrake Resort & Spa.

The Canebrake spreads out 300 acres of sacred land including bike trails (Townies available), 6 ponds, modern swimming pool & hot tub, eagle nests, Historic Indian Trading Posts, roomy cabins and retreat room, spa, sauna, ceremonial fire pit, a yoga studio, indoor Pickle Ball courts and 2 Golf Simulators. Our guests have access to it ALL!
