ITINERY:
Friday night: 
• 6pm - Raffles
• 8:15pm till 11:45pm - Uptown Cats Rock n Roll Band.
Saturday: 
• 8:30am - 4:30pm - Gates open for Car entrants to set up ready for the show n shine. Gates open to Public at 10am. Show n Shine is held down to the left of the Club. Cars pull out from 4pm ready for Car Cruise at 4:30pm. All car entrants will be judged for; 
1/ Peoples choice award
2/ Sponsors choice Award
3/ Best creative display. 
(Including best display of vehicle and dressed drivers & passengers. For ex; follow a story, or colour etc. And having matching outfits. Props allowed as well to suit display. The most creative and effort put in will win this category. Other categories TBA later…? 
• 10:00am - 3pm - Double Tones, Rock n Roll Duo,  playing in the Auditorium. 
Double Doors will be open at the side of club where show n shine is held after 10am. Front door access only before 10am. 
• 12:30 to 1:30/2pm - Will be announcing winners in show n shine categories and also a 1950’s Vintage Fashion Parade and prizes to won for Best Dressed woman, Best dressed man, Best dressed Couple.
• 2:15pm to 4:15pm - Intermediate rock n roll lesson by Johnny Phung from Johnny Rockers in Albury NSW. 
• 4.45pm to 5:30pm - Car Cruise. 
• 8pm to Midnight - closing the Festival with a bang listening and dancing to the incredible Atomic Hi-Tones. 
If anyone is interested to meet for Breakfast Sunday morning, let me know. 
Car entrants - there is limited spots available so please make sure you ring myself Tania 0427225100 to register your vehicle. I would appreciate this done by end of June. Spots are filling up quick. Also once your car is set up, it stays there till 4/4:30 ready to drive out to the Car Cruise event. Safety on the day will be closely monitored. 
ACCOMODATION - The Club has its hotel right next door. 1 min walk away so you wont have to go anywhere. The Club opens at 8am on Saturday’s for Breakfast & great coffee. They also do takeaway coffees. The Club itself opens at 10am. The Bistro runs Lunch & Dinner daily. Theres also a coffee shop with light meals & sweets 😍 The coffee shop itself closes at 9pm. Meals can be taken from Bistro into the function room where the event is.  Please note, no food is allowed to be brought into the Club from elsewhere.

If anyone would like to bring their pre loved outfits to sell, let me know cause i will need to organize some racks.
