It is highly protective, wards off negative energy, and is used to "activate" the vital qi (energy) of abundance!

Join Liz as she brings movement to activate that qi, in your evening with an expansive yoga flow, before Nichole leads you into guided conscious breathing and finishing off with Shelle grounding you with a deeply restorative sound bath.
