We will be holding our Annual Board Election Meeting Tuesday, November 11th.  The meeting starts @ 8:00pm at the Knights of Columbus Hall on North Lyman St in Wadsworth.  Please consider attending this meeting to nominate or be nominated for a WASA Board position.  If you're not interested in joining the board, at least come to vote.
 
Nominations will be accepted for ALL terms expired, vacant and/or appointed positions up for election below.  Positions are a 2 Year Term:

·     President (Frank Muhl) - TERM

·     Secretary (Bethany Kovacevich) - TERM

·     Director of Boys Travel (TERM)

·     Director of Recreation (Victor Robinson) – TERM

·     Director of Communication (Jason Arnold) – TERM

·     Treasurer (VACANT)

•     Director of Girls Travel (VACANT)

Important Election Notes: 

• Nominations will be taken from the floor prior to final voting for the above positions. Please remember that the nominee MUST accept their nomination IN PERSON. Therefore, nominees must be present at this meeting in order to be eligible.

• Nominations for ALL positions will be closed prior to the final voting process. 

• We will be holding a one ballot voting procedure for all open positions that are up for election. ALL positions will be voted on at the same time on ONE ballot. 

• If a position has more than one nominee, then each nominee will have five minutes to speak on their behalf and five minutes for a question-and-answer period from the attended membership. 

• Please refer to the latest WASA Constitution Articles 3, 8 and 9 for voting eligibility and for the description on each position open for election. The WASA Constitution and Bylaws are available online at:
