- **Event Description**: Main Street Wadsworth is excited to announce a new opportunity for downtown. Downtown improvement projects will eventually bring exciting upgrades to our district. While the construction timelines continue to evolve, Main Street Wadsworth sees an opportunity to begin preparing now.

Rather than waiting until construction is underway, we are launching a series of Construction Crawls that will take place during the already scheduled Main Street Wadsworth Wednesday Evening Farmers Markets.

Similar to First Fridays, these events are designed to establish evening, mid-week customer habits that will continue serving downtown businesses throughout future construction.
This year will serve as a pilot season to test ideas, gather feedback, and identify the programs that provide the greatest benefit to our businesses and visitors.

The Construction Crawls will take place on Wednesdays, July 8, August 12, and September 9 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

During the event, there will be:


Main Street Wadsworth
-The Main Street Wadsworth Farmers Market (with over 32 vendors anticipated).
-Construction Crawl Passport with Italian themed prize.
-Performance by John Husbands.
-Pizza Toss Game at Gazebo Island presented by Wadsworth Footlighters. 
-Italian Soda at Pocket Park.


The BookShelf
-All kid books (hard and soft cover) will be $1.


Byrd & Co.
-Will have artist Catherine Gullia’s resin art and sidewalk sale.


Dolce at the Strand
-Open until 9:00 p.m. it’s “Dolce Vita” on the patio: aperol spritz, gelato, pick up bocce games, gelato, tiramisu, cannoli, wine, beer, cool summer breezes. Flavor of the week is Amerena Cherry Swirl Gelato. A classic Italian flavor! Enjoy “Sorbetto di Limone” which is lemon sorbet is an actual frozen lemon cup.
