This is a tech free event to build community and reconnect with yourself. 

I want to start a new movement. Back towards community.   Studies show that being creative is essential for our mental health.  The letting loose in a controlled way helps us process emotions and bring us into the present. So many people have disconnected from human connection and its hurting our society.   

In order to reconnect to ourselves and other we must first disconnect.  I will have a table where your devices will be with the ringer on or your phone off entirely.  If you need to have it on in case of emergency, I get that I have kids.  

This is a chance to get creative and try something you have always wanted or to come and create with a community.  

I will have finger foods available to snack on and drinks to spark creativity.   I will have a limited amount of supplies available as well.    I want to grow that collection to pay it forward to those that normally wouldn't have access to supplies.

Photography
Painting
Embroidery 
Cross Stitch
Drawing
Crochet
Knitting


We will start with a beautiful meditation and some breathwork to find our creative pool.  After we find the space to work that speaks to us and gather some refreshments to fuel our creativity.   We will spend the time creating and midway through will stretch and re-center.  

This is intentional time set aside for your inner creative.  This time is for you to stop putting off things you have wanted to do for yourself.
