The forum will be held on Tuesday June 23rd from 4-6pm at The Wadena Depot, offering community members the opportunity to learn more about the proposed initiative, ask questions, and share their thoughts. The project aims to expand year-round outdoor, nature-based learning opportunities and serve as a regional hub for environmental learning through education programs, camps and community events; with a focus on increasing awareness of, accessibility to and inclusion in natural spaces.

"Blacks Grove is a special place," said Leona Cichy, Director of Roots & Wings Forest School. "This project could create a lasting legacy for children to explore, learn, and grow in connection with the natural world — and we want the community’s voice to help shape it."

The evening will be an open house style event. All are welcome, and no prior registration is required.
