The W.A.Y. (Who Are You) Conference is a two-day immersive experience designed to help individuals pause, reflect, and reconnect with who they are, why they were created, and how their faith informs the way they live, engage, and impact others.
Rooted in the Lyfing with Felicia philosophy of truth-telling, self-awareness, and lived alignment, and grounded in ODCF’s commitment to walking alongside individuals and communities, this conference creates intentional space for both personal formation and collective responsibility. Participants will be guided through powerful sessions that help uncover identity, clarify purpose, and strengthen how we move together with love, authenticity, and shared vision.
The experience begins Friday evening with Jesus & Jammies – Girls Night In, a cozy kickoff fellowship designed to create a safe, reflective atmosphere where hearts can soften and women can come as they are. This intimate gathering prepares attendees for the deeper identity and purpose work taking place during Saturday’s conference sessions.
Saturday continues with immersive teaching and guided reflection through the sessions:
