MANDATORY Hawaii Meeting

The Band Booster Executive Board is hosting a mandatory informational parent meeting about the Hawaii Band Trip.

📅 Date: Wednesday, August 27, 2025
📍 Location: SRHS Performing Arts Center (PAC)
⏰ Time: 6:30 PM

👉 Attendance is mandatory for parents of current SRHS Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors (2025–2026 school year).

The meeting is also open to parents of current 8th graders at Storm Grove and Sebastian River Middle who will be joining SRHS Band in the 2026–2027 school year.

Topics will include:

• Trip itinerary & costs
• Fundraising opportunities
• Student expectations
• Parent volunteer requirements
• Other important details

There will also be a Q&A session at the end. Parents and students are encouraged to attend together.

➡️ Fundraising begins September 2025, and all trip fees are due by October 2026.
