📝 Terms & Conditions – EPIC Jungle Run 2025
1. General Information
- The EPIC Jungle Run 2025 is scheduled for 28th December 2025 at Ambapani Eco Tourism Site.
- The event is organized by Bharuch Running Club Kheldwaar and Sunday Sports Club Valsad and managed by PRO Events.
- Participation in the event implies acceptance of all terms and conditions listed below.
2. Eligibility & Participation
- Participants must be 18 years or older for the 21 KM category and 16 years or older for the 12 KM category.
- All participants must be physically fit and well-trained to complete their chosen distance.
- Participants are required to carry valid photo ID proof on event day.
- Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Health & Safety
- All participants are advised to undergo a medical check-up prior to the run.
- The organizers and partners are not liable for any injury illness or accident that may occur during or after the event.
- Participants must follow the instructions of marshals volunteers and security staff at all times.
- Hydration points and first-aid facilities will be available along the route.
4. Event Rules
- The use of earphones or headphones during the run is discouraged for safety reasons.
- Participants must wear their bib number visibly on the front of their T-shirt.
- Any form of cheating unsportsmanlike behavior or littering along the route will result in immediate disqualification.
5. Weather & Route Conditions
- The event will take place rain or shine unless extreme weather conditions pose a safety risk.
- Organizers reserve the right to change delay or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Photography & Media Rights
- By participating you grant permission to the organizers to use photographs videos or recordings of you for promotional purposes without any compensation.
7. Liability Waiver
- By registering participants acknowledge that they are taking part at their own risk and shall not hold the organizers sponsors or venue authorities responsible for any loss damage or injury.
8. Environmental Responsibility
- The EPIC Jungle Run promotes eco-friendly sports. Participants are requested to avoid littering respect nature and leave no trace on the trails.
9. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Once registration is completed no refunds or transfers will be permitted.
- In case of event postponement all entries will be automatically transferred to the new date.
10. Acceptance
- By submitting the registration form you confirm that you have read understood and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.
