General InformationThe EPIC Jungle Run 2025 is scheduled for 28th December 2025 at Ambapani Eco Tourism Site.The event is organized by Bharuch Running Club Kheldwaar and Sunday Sports Club Valsad and managed by PRO Events.Participation in the event implies acceptance of all terms and conditions listed below.2. Eligibility & ParticipationParticipants must be 18 years or older for the 21 KM category and 16 years or older for the 12 KM category.All participants must be physically fit and well-trained to complete their chosen distance.Participants are required to carry valid photo ID proof on event day.Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.3. Health & SafetyAll participants are advised to undergo a medical check-up prior to the run.The organizers and partners are not liable for any injury illness or accident that may occur during or after the event.Participants must follow the instructions of marshals volunteers and security staff at all times.Hydration points and first-aid facilities will be available along the route.4.
