To ensure a truly restful Śavāsana (final relaxation), we encourage you to bring:​Your yoga mat and a towel.​Warm layers (a hoodie or a small blanket) to snuggle into at the end. We want you to feel completely cozy and grounded as you drift off to the sound of the birds.​Details​When: Every Sunday (April – September)​Time: 8:00 – 9:30 AM]​Location: Oosthoutpark, Voorhout (​Investment: €10 per session ​Weather PolicySince we are practicing under the open sky, our sessions are weather-dependent.
