- **Event Description**: Join us for an unforgettable Volltorqt Drive Day through some of the most scenic and fun backroads in the Country! This event is in conjunction with our showcase event at Aspire park April 25th. 

We will kick off the morning at 9:00 AM at Sequoyah Birthplace museum in Vonore. You are encouraged to get there early, as our start time will be tentatively 9:00am! We will go across through the foothills of the Cherohala Skyway, rolling out as a group toward Robbinsville, NC. From there, we’ll stop at Tapoco Lodge for lunch around  12:00 PM before continuing the drive across the legendary Tail of the Dragon and finishing the day along the Foothills Parkway.  

Route Overview:

- Start: Sequoyah Birthplace Museum
- Cherohala Skyway → Robbinsville, NC
- Lunch stop at Tapoco Lodge (~12:00 PM)
- Tail of the Dragon
- Foothills Parkway (end of organized route)

Throughout the drive, we will incorporate designated photo stops to keep the group together and maintain a smooth, organized pace. These regroup points also give everyone a chance to connect, capture content, and enjoy the scenery.

At the conclusion of the structured portion of the drive, we encourage participants to break off into smaller groups and continue enjoying the area. Whether that means another pass on the Dragon or a relaxed cruise back across the Parkway, we call this approach 'Car Hiking'. Exploring the roads together, at your own rhythm, while making the most of the experience. 

This event is about driving, community, and enjoying the roads responsibly. Please come prepared, ensure your vehicle is in good condition, and drive with respect for others on the road.
