Food Management Advanced

Mondays 2:00-4:30 3/16-5/18

This course is designed for those with experience in food service looking to progress into a management role. Training will cover knowledge needed in a variety of food service industries, including restaurants, assisted living facilities, and grocery store delis.

Training topics include:
Staffing & Management Basics
Attracting & Retaining Customers
Financial Control
Menu Planning
Legal Considerations

Certifications:

ServSafe Food Protection Manager

Students will also have all of the knowledge needed to sit for the Certified Restaurant Supervisor exam after having 800 hours of on-the-job supervisor experience or 400 hours of supervisor experience and the Restaurant Professional Certification

This course is offered via live zoom classroom at the Vonore Campus.
