I’m opening the new year with an evening of cacao, sound and prayers & intentions near the little village of Agerskov.
Releasing the old, and stepping into 2026 with clarity and an open heart.

In my ceremonies, we begin by creating a safe and grounded atmosphere  inviting presence through breath, intention and cacao.
From there, the sound journey unfolds with drums, flutes, handpan and other instruments that help guide you inward, soften the mind and connect you with your own inner self.

To get the best experience with cacao, we recommend fasting for 4 hours before the ceremony and avoiding coffee on the same day.
Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and a blanket, and come with an open mind and an open heart.
