I’m here help you tap into that wisdom and self-love that you've been longing for through reiki, breathwork, and integration support. I am a Reiki Master Level III Practioner in the Usui lineage. I offer distance and in-person sessions in my home in Vista, CA. I am also a trained conscious breathwork facilitator. Many of the people who have chosen to create healing with me say that I am intuitive, hold a lot of care and love in session and you can expect to find some laughter as we sort through what it means to create a life on this rock hurtling through space. I believe in the power of psychedelics and how they can transform us (just ask about how I used to have severe anxiety disorder) and use reiki and breathwork to support people in their integration. Breathwork has been a part of my own healing journey and every session I am in awe of the power of healing that lies within us.
