In the wild and peaceful magic mountains of Portugal we invite you to discover and explore the mystical and physical realms of sound healing how our ancestors already had this knowledge and what an important role it plays in our daily lives and future generations.

All instruments included but you're welcome to bring your own too! 

At this Immersive Sound Retreat we will be diving deep into the power of sound healing through shamanic drumming drumming circles sound baths guided sound journeys tuning into the natural sounds tuning into our inner voice and ecstatic dance inviting deep transformation and integration. 

We have lovingly crafted this retreat after many years of experience sharing sound and rhythm therapy with individuals and groups also working with special needs groups and dementia patients and have witnesses the power of sound first hand with the growing awareness that it is an ongoing learning journey that we embark on as the consciousness of the cosmos rises. 

We will be exploring sound in the morning and some evenings (workshops/sound journeys) leaving plenty of time to explore the mountains and the crystalline waterfalls and pools. We aim it will be an experience that you'll cherish forever! 

? What's included?

So you can fully relax we have prepared your stay with all that you need in a going back to basics simple life setting.

So we'll pick you up and drop you off at Porto airport/Porto (on the starting and ending dates) 

All your meals and cakes are included. Nutritious and with local ingredients all food is deliciously and lovingly prepared by our amazing chefs. Food is vegan/vegetarian. We aim to provide majority of the ingredients grown here. (please let us know of any dietery requirements on booking). 

Spring water and refreshments always available. 

You'll be wild camping in our own beautifully set up bell tent with comfy bed and linen provided 

The basic facilities are campost toilet and cold shower (a hot shower may also be a possibility by then but please don't count on it). Cold showers do really have their benefits! 

There is no electricity however communal solar panels to charge small devices are available. Please bring your own torch.

? We as your hosts Paul and Sofia invite you into our way of life. It was a dream we had for so long to live deeply surrounded by nature where life takes on a more natural and healthy rhythm which allows transformation and alchemy into our lives by practicing the art of presence. 

With decades of experience in holding space for ourselves individuals and groups we are now very excited to have created this space in nature where we can all share the tools for a more fulfilled and expansive life by being more and more of our authentic selves.

Here you are invited to flow into what naturally arises in each moment free of judgement you're already perfect. So come and relax life is full of beautiful moments just waiting to happen!

The nearest airport is Porto where we will pick you up and from there it's an hour and a half to Mimoso Land.

Please note we cannot take responsibility over your travel arrangements prior to your arrival at Porto. You must book your own flights.
