Wine-Pairing Dinner with Miner Family Winery

Join us for an evening celebrating the exceptional wines of Miner Family Winery at our September wine-pairing dinner. The night begins with a Rosé Reception and passed hors d’oeuvres, setting the stage for a menu thoughtfully crafted to complement each pour. The first course features a Thai-style pan-seared sea bass paired with the vibrant 2021 Miner Viognier, highlighting fresh, aromatic flavors.

For the entrée, savor grilled New Zealand rack of lamb chops with Mediterranean couscous, perfectly matched with two remarkable Napa Valley reds - 2019 Miner Cabernet Sauvignon “Emily’s” and 2018 Miner Cabernet Sauvignon “The Oracle.” The evening concludes on a sweet note with a bittersweet chocolate terrine draped in crème anglaise and served with fresh raspberries, a decadent finale to an unforgettable night of food and wine.
