Self Defense & Awareness Workshop

Another Awareness & Self Defense workshop in the books! We were blessed with 4 more black belts who supported the training. Thank you to all the attendees, the black belts, Damsel in Defense and Rossie offering FIT Warriors gym for helping to make this movement to help women empower themselves! Our next Workshop will be on Saturday, February 7. Let’s become aware, empowered and inspired to protect ourselves!💪
