Hey there! Do you ever feel like your mind is everywhere but here? Stuck re-living the past or worrying about the future? I created this class as a gentle reminder that the only moment we ever truly have is this one—and it’s where our peace and joy live. ✨  

Welcome to Anchored in the Now, a special 60-minute class designed to guide you back home to yourself. It’s a heartfelt blend of meditation, movement, and deep rest to help you release what no longer serves you and connect with the calm, strong center within.  

Here’s What to Expect: 

1. A Gentle Guided Hypnosis Meditation (10 mins) We’ll start by getting cozy, maybe even lying down. I’ll guide you through a short, calming hypnosis session to quiet the noise and anchor your awareness firmly in the present. It’s all about letting you feel safe, grounded, and right here, right now. ?‍♀️?  

2. A Grounding & Strong Vinyasa Flow (40 mins) From that place of calm, we’ll move into a nurturing vinyasa flow. We’ll focus on strong, steady poses that make you feel rooted to the earth. This is your time to feel your own strength, connect with your breath, and find joy in the simple act of moving your body. ??  

3. A Soothing Sound Bath Savasana (10 mins) To finish, you’ll melt into the mat for a blissful Savasana. I’ll bathe the room in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls. This sound bath is like a warm hug for your nervous system, helping you absorb all the benefits of your practice and leave feeling deeply relaxed. ??  

P.S. Don’t have a bolster or blocks? No worries! We’ve got you covered. I have all the props you’ll need to get comfy and supported during class. Just bring yourself and maybe a water bottle! ?
