SonRise Music Festival Returns to Virginia Beach Oceanfront this Fall
September 13–14 | 24th Street Park Virginia Beach
VIRGINIA BEACH VA — One of Coastal Virginia's largest and most anticipated Christian music events the SonRise Music Festival is set to return to the scenic Virginia Beach Oceanfront this fall. Mark your calendars for September 13th and 14th as this family-friendly faith-filled weekend promises uplifting music impactful speakers and community connection.
Established in 2014 SonRise Music Festival continues to bring together people of all ages and backgrounds for a celebration of faith music and fellowship. This year’s lineup includes Grammy and Dove Award-nominated Ryan Ellis and rising star Kate Stanford along with special guest speaker Sean Rodriguez. The festival will be hosted by emcee Shannon Kendrick and also features powerful performances from local talents such as Michelle Littman & Our Heart of Worship Ministries Revival Music Company Rapper Kendall Williams and more.
Hosted at the 24th Street Park right on the oceanfront the festival atmosphere will be filled with more than just music. Guests can enjoy kids’ activities volleyball on the sand and explore a wide array of vendors and themed tents. A Meet & Greet experience is available as part of the VIP package.
As a special addition festivalgoers are invited to return on Sunday September 14th at 10 AM for a SonRise Sunday Worship Service hosted by Christ Chosen Church. The service is free and open to the public.
Presented by SonRise Ministries a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization the event is an outreach designed to connect hearts through music worship and community.
