Join guest artist Chris Causey in a deep dive into a set of techniques that involve intentional changes in breathing patterns to achieve various physical, mental, and spiritual benefits - including use as a tool for performance, presence, and emotional connection.
📆February 15 - Your Digital Stage: Build a Website That Works for You | 6:00 - 8:00pm
In this hands-on workshop, Lionel Sapp of Digital Builders 757 helps theatre artists and practitioners plan, build, and launch a professional website using accessible AI tools. Drawing on his work supporting creatives, entrepreneurs, and community leaders, Lionel focuses on practical, digital skills that artists can actually maintain. Participants will leave with a live website, and a laptop or iPad is recommended to do the work live during the session.
📆February 22 - Movement Intensive for the Actor | 6:00 - 8:00pm
For this Open Session, actor and physical theatre artist Steve Pacek leads a deep dive into performance driven by the body, voice, and impulse. Drawing from his extensive regional theatre career and training in physical theatre, Steve shares tools for accessing vulnerability, specificity, and dynamic presence without performance pressure.
