Adults only (16+) Here's what we'll have going on! ?INTRO to Aerial Arts & Aerial Yoga ✨These aerial introductory lessons will be a short 15 minutes, but will give you a taste of each apparatus we have at the studio: lyra, sling and silk. ✨We will also have an intro to aerial yoga & sound bath, this is great for yoga lovers or those looking for a less intense option. ✨Lessons will be first come first serve. Our space is small and cozy so we may limit the number of participants per lesson. There will be plenty to do while you wait! A gentle, grounding activity that encourages reflection, conversation, and playful creativity as they settle into the new year’s energy. ​Cleansing Corner​ Simple yet intentional. Cleanse any negative energies from the previous yearso you can enter the new year lighter, clearer, and more aligned with what you want to invite in. No Experience Necessary​ Everyone is welcome, participants do not need to have any athletic history to try aerial arts for the first time. The same goes for any of our new moon stations, you can learn about everything here while in a safe and inviting environment with lovely people. Potlock for the Coven​ ​Current Students Only​ 4-5pm We invite our current students, studio friends and coaches for a potluck. Let’s hang out and reflect on the new year and new wonderful things to come! Bring your favorite dish, or just yourself.
