Learn How to Make Sourdough with Wren!!

Curious about sourdough but not sure where to start? This class is designed for beginners. Learn the history of this heirloom dough, step-by-step process of feeding, mixing, proofing, shaping, scoring, and baking. Enjoy complimentary samples, take home beautiful recipe cards, your own sourdough starter ($10 value), and an artisan dough boule to bake at home.

Classes will start on the hour and are limited to 6 people per class. Cost is $35 per person. Bring a friend, have some fun, and learn to make tasty treats! Please RSVP with a comment and a time (11a, 12p, 1p, 2p or 3p)
