Full Moon Floating Sound Bath

Join sound healing facilitator and aerial yoga instructor Heather Harwell for a unique, candlelit sound journey designed to clear the chakras as you float, enveloped in a silk hammock. Participants will be gently guided through meditative, restorative poses that will allow the fabric to fully support the body as we immerse ourselves in the vibrations of healing quartz crystal singing bowls and an ocean drum.
