This offering is opent to everyone! The first half of class will guide you through 30 minutes of gentle yoga—accessible, beginner-friendly postures that encourage relaxation, ease, and presence. We’ll then shift into 30 minutes of deeply restful restorative poses, fully supported by props, to invite deep relaxation and release.
