Catch the Rhythm: Beginner Juggling Workshop

This workshop introduces the fundamentals of ball juggling up to advanced patterns— focusing on rhythm, coordination, and flow. You’ll build confidence, improve concentration, and discover how juggling connects movement, no experience needed.
There will be acro yoga in the same room so feel free to try acro after class!
Balls will be provided but if you have your own feel free to bring those.
