All levels are welcome—from curious first-timers to seasoned yogis. Each class offers a gentle, mindful flow designed to ground your energy and leave you feeling refreshed.
?  Location & Parking:
We meet on the beach at Sandbridge.  Use the City Lot or the Sandbridge Seaside Market parking lot, both located near 2524 Sandpiper Road. 
? Weather Guidelines:
Classes are typically held when temps are between 65°F and 85°F.
May be cancelled due to excessive heat, winds over 10mph, or rain (based on radar the day of).

? Stay Updated:
Register through Wellness Living for free to receive automatic notifications if class is cancelled due to weather. If you RSVP via Facebook, be sure to check the event page or follow @ShineYogaVaBeach for the latest updates.
