Come on out to Acro de Playa Workshop Weekend in beautiful Virginia Beach, VA June 19-21 for a weekend full of Acro Yoga Skills & Flows - on the land, on the beach, in the ocean, and even on paddleboard! 

TWO LEVELS OF INSTRUCTION: The workshop is focused on building upon skills already developed and aiming at progressing the Beg/Novice to Nov/Intermediate Acro Yogi.
