What to Expect
Strength Training, Mobility Workshops, and Nutrition Guidance – Learn practical tools to move better, feel stronger, and reduce pain.

Breathwork & Nervous System Reset – Techniques to calm stress and improve resilience.

Mindset & Mental Resilience Sessions – Strategies to strengthen the mind as much as the body.

Special Guests, Community & Connection – We will have specialists presenting over various health and wellness topics. You will have time to share, reflect, and support one another in a safe, supportive environment.


Closing Brunch – On Sunday, spouses are invited to join us in celebration and connection.

Duration: 3 Days, 2 Nights

Retreat Cost: $250 per participant

Sponsored Spots: 5–10 spots available for veterans (pending fundraising)

Estimated Attendance: Limited to 30 participants for an intimate and impactful experience

Headcount Deadline: October 1, 2025

Note: For participants only (no children). Spouses welcome for Sunday brunch & closing ceremony.
