Ecstatic dance is a moving meditation—a practice of inner work through the body. In this non-verbal dance space, we let go of talking and thinking and allow the body to flow with the energy of the music. The music journey begins gently, gradually builds to a peak, and then softens again, inviting release, expression, and integration.
There is no choreography and nothing to get right. You’re invited to listen inward, follow what your body needs, and move in a way that feels natural and freeing. Some come to release emotion, some to reconnect with themselves, and some simply to move and have fun—it all belongs.
The dance journey will be a 45 minute music set.
After the dance, we’ll gather casually to connect, ground, and enjoy community together.
