Clinch, Control & Takedowns

Clinch, Control & Takedowns is a focused training intensive designed to bridge wrestling and real-world fighting. This seminar emphasizes close-range control, balance breaking, and high-percentage takedowns that work for MMA, self-defense, and combat sports—not sport-only setups.

You’ll learn how to:
• Win the clinch through positioning and pressure
• Off-balance opponents without relying on speed
• Enter and finish takedowns from realistic ties
• Maintain control after the takedown
• Safely integrate clinch work into live training

No flashy techniques (well, maybe some!)—just proven mechanics that hold up under resistance.

All levels welcome.

$25 training fee for attendance.
