These sound journeys use crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments to help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and gently restore balance. This is a space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful, supportive environment.

No experience is necessary—come exactly as you are.

What to Expect
• Gentle guided meditation
• Healing vibrations from crystal singing bowls, chimes, Tibetan bowls, ocean drum, crystal pyramid, and Native American frame drums
• Time to rest, receive, and integrate

Comfort
You may sit in a chair or lie on the floor. Yoga mats are available, and you are welcome to bring a blanket or pillow for comfort.

Arrival
Please arrive by 7:00 PM. Doors close at 7:15 PM to maintain a peaceful space.

Space is limited to 15 participants.
